Have you left your children to basic schooling in India? Have you assessed the “law on the right of children to free and compulsory education and the right to education”, which came into force on 1 April 2010 in India? The law on the right to schooling is the first law in the world that puts the responsibility to ensure the enrollment, attendance and completion of basic education for children aged between 6 and 14 on the government.
